Property transfer, no problem

My brothers and I would like to thank you for the way you managed the transfer of our Gordon’s Bay property.
Not being a normal property transfer, we are grateful that you gave all the parties the extra attention:
Keeping us constantly informed of the progress of the transfer, managing the expectations and calming the concerns of the elderly buyers, who needed to remain confident and satisfied in the process and dealing with the Home Owners Association and Estate Agents on our behalf.
You were also available to meet the buyers and sellers at their homes for the signing of documents and visiting the City of Cape Town and SARS offices personally to get the necessary certificates.
We will not hesitate to make use of your services with our next transfer.
